Research and Networking：

Starting from the assignment and follow in depth discussion with the Hiring Managers, our consultants will start searching and networking activities so as to identify a target group of potential candidates. This activity, depending on the nature of the assignment, may lasts for two weeks.

Selection Interviews：

Screening, assessing and appraisal of potential candidates may take up to two weeks. However this phase occurs concurrently with Phase 1 together with a Shortlist. 

Shortlist Preparation：

Normally in a week.

Shortlist Interviews and Second interviews - Lasts for three weeks,depending on the availability of the Hiring Mangers.

Offer and Acceptance：

(Time to close the case) In general, it will last for two weeks.
