Process Cycle
The Job process cycle, in general, is broken down into different phases:
Research and Networking - Starting from the assignment and follow in depth discussion with the Hiring Managers, our consultants will start searching and networking activities so as to identify a target group of potential candidates. This activity, depending on the nature of the assignment, may lasts for two weeks.
Selection Interviews - Screening, assessing and appraisal of potential candidates may take up to two weeks. However this phase occurs concurrently with Phase 1 together with a Shortlist.
Shortlist Preparation - Normally in a week.
Shortlist Interviews and Second interviews - Lasts for three weeks, depending on the availability of the Hiring Mangers.
Offer and Acceptance - (Time to close the case) In general, it will last for two weeks.
